Chenin
Hand harvested, our Chardonnay is a dry, supple and aromatic white wine. This great grape variety gives its best on our terroirs. It develops light grapefruit notes as well as rounder perfumes such as hazelnut. It is a delicate and generous wine. Its great structure comes from the malolactic fermentation undergone after both alcoholic fermentation and on lees maturation. You will appreciate it for aperitif or with fish and seafood dishes.
