Sauvignon
This hand picked Sauvignon is the most aromatic white wine in our range. Its generous, flattering nature releases flavours of litchi, pineapple and white peaches, along with aftertastes of liquorice and violets. The vintage giving us a delicate and generous wine bursting with life. To give the wine more fullness and roundness, it underwent malolactic fermentation after primary fermentation, followed by ageing on lees. This wine can be drunk as an aperitif, or with cold cuts, fish, langoustines, shrimp, mackerel or salmon.
