Saint-Jean
Made from hand-picked, ripe Gamay grapes, Saint-Jean is a delicate, silky wine. With blackberry and morello cherry aromas, it blossoms in the mouth with a long, fruit-filled finish. We created this wine to remain as close as possible to the ripe grape aromas, while ensuring a straight and harmonious balance. This Anjou is a natural wine (vinification without sulphur). It is matured for 15 months in spherical white clay amphorae.
It pairs well with lightly cooked meats, floral cheeses, dry hams, shallot tarts or cherry desserts.
