Rosé de Loire
Ideal companion of the sunny days, our Rosé will seduce you by its deep and warm color. Blended from different grape varieties, it is fresh and fruity : the Gamay offers spring perfumes and a feminine roundness while Cabernet makes it well-structured. After a 6 to 10 hours skin-contact maceration, part of the juice is pumped into another tank to start its alcoholic fermentation. This process is called bleeding. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations completed, the wine is matured on its lees for 6 months, before being blended, filtered and bottled. The harvest was limited to 50 hectoliters per hectare. Our Rosé requires great know-how and winemaking skills in order to fully express its aromas and flavours. It must be supple, refreshing and fruity. And if you can’t help yourself from pouring a second glass, it means I my job was made correctly !
