Range Traditional method

Rien n’est laissé au hasard pour atteindre la qualité de nos Crémants de Loire, spécialités du Château de la Viaudière. Les raisins sont récoltés manuellement à maturité. D’ailleurs, seules les pressées les plus délicates servent à l’élaboration du vin de base. L’élevage sur lattes, clef de voûte de la Méthode Traditionnelle utilisée pour vinifier nos Crémant de Loire, dure entre 24 et 48 mois. Un travail long et minutieux pour vous garantir des bulles très fines, des acidités basses, beaucoup de fruit et d’élégance. Déclinés en trois couleurs, nos Crémants de Loire Millésimés et notre Méthode Traditionnelle rouge demi-sec sauront ainsi accompagner tous vos moments de fête et d’exception.

Crémant de Loire Rosé

The Crémant de Loire is made through Traditional Method (formerly called Champagne Method). To desserve this name, grapes must be hand-harvested in specific crates and pressed following a particular process in order to extract only the best grape juice. Then during two years, will follow the following processes : first wine production, bottle fermentation, on lath maturation and disgorging. Our Crémant Rosé is dry and stems from the blending of Gamay and Cabernet grape varieties. Dry, just like its homonymous white wine, he expresses a great fullness on red fruit notes. The delicacy of its bubbles give it a very feminine personality. It was awarded a Gold Medal in Paris in 2010. To be drank for aperitif or dessert or as soon as you desire it, in Champagne coupes or flutes depending on the mood. Cheers !
