Cabernet Grolleau Méthode Traditionnelle - Vins de Loire

Méthode Traditionnelle - Semi-Dry

Our ‘Crémant de Loire semi-dry Méthode Traditionnelle’ (Traditional Method) stems from a hand-harvest with a blend of Red Grolleau (Grolleau Rouge) and Cabernet Sauvignon. After maturing 12 months on laths, this red wine offers fine bubbles on delicious red fruits notes, from blackcurrant to raspberry. I would highly recommend to have it for aperitif instead of a cocktail. It could also do the trick on a red fruit dessert or fresh strawberrys. Cheese lovers have to try it with ewes’ cheese. I usually present it for réceptions associated with our Crémant Blanc and Crémant Rosé. This trilogy offers a nice visual effect on the tables and in the glasses.
