The Crémant de Loire is made through Traditional Method (formerly called Champagne Method). To desserve this name, grapes must be hand-harvested in specific crates and pressed following a particular process in order to extract only the best grape juice. Then during two years, will follow the following processes : first wine production, bottle fermentation, on lath maturation and disgorging.
Our Crémant Rosé is dry and stems from the blending of Gamay and Cabernet grape varieties. Dry, just like its homonymous white wine, he expresses a great fullness on red fruit notes. The delicacy of its bubbles give it a very feminine personality. It was awarded a Gold Medal in Paris in 2010. To be drank for aperitif or dessert or as soon as you desire it, in Champagne coupes or flutes depending on the mood.
