The Chenin is the historical grape variety of our hills in the Loire valley, it is incidentally called the ‘Pinot de la Loire’. We harvested our Chenin plants by hand during the month of october. You will discover a deep lemon-flavoured freshness enhanced by a good liveliness which emphasizes its mandarine, grapefruit and pear notes. It also offers lime trees aromas. I would highly recommend it with seafood and fishes or just enjoy it with friends on a sunny afternoon.
