Anjou Rouge « Tuilé »
The “Tuilé” is the red wine which is the best expression of the richness and originality of our terroir, and is one of the stars of my vineyard. It is almost exclusively made up of Cabernet Sauvignon. This particularity (inherited from my grandfather) is rare in the region and gives this wine a very personal character. This vintage honoured us with delicate flavours of red fruits, and soft, attractive tannins. The wine macerated for around 12 days in stainless steels vats at a temperature between 28 and 30° C to highlight its fruitiness. You will detect flavours of redcurrant, raspberry, leather, cloves and violets in the aftertaste.
